Every great initiative begins with a question: how do we help more people live healthier, more informed lives?
For LAPO, the answer was You and LAPO Radio Programme.
Created to connect more closely with the communities we serve, You and LAPO delivers practical conversations on health, agriculture, finance, and social issues directly to listeners every Tuesday from 12:30pm to 1:00pm on Super FM 88.1 Benin.
More than a radio show, it is a platform that informs, empowers, and reminds communities that LAPO is always by their side.
Tune in every Tuesday and be part of the conversation.
In 2018, LAPO partnered with the Japanese Government to establish a pineapple juice processing factory in Ukpenu-Ekpoma, Edo State, to reduce post-harvest waste and improve local livelihoods.
Today, the factory provides farmers with a steady market for their produce, creates jobs, and turns previously wasted pineapples into economic value. It is a strong example of how practical partnerships can drive meaningful community development.
